Facilities
The nees@berkeley Laboratory is in Building 484 at the UC Berkeley Richmond Field Station (RFS). The Pacific Earthquake Engineering Research Center (PEER) Earthquake Simulator Laboratory in Building 420 (at RFS) and the Structures, Experimental Mechanics and Structural Dynamics Laboratories at Davis Hall on the UCB Campus, along with the nees@berkeley Laboratory, comprise the structural testing facilities at UC Berkeley.
All laboratories are available to all researchers, regardless of the funding source. NEES-funded projects have first priority for scheduled use of NEES equipment.
