4 Million Pound Test Machine

The 4,000,000 Pound Southwark-Emery Universal Testing Machine is designed to permit testing in tension, compression, and bending or flexure. In the Southwark-Emery type of hydraulic machine, the load is applied by a variable axial piston pumping unit.
