To recognize ten successful years of experimental research at the nees@berkeley testing facility, we will hold a workshop on May 27–28, 2014 to share our experience with the earthquake engineering research and industry communities.
The two-day workshop, which will be held at the nees@berkeley facility in Richmond, California, will cover all the completed research projects in the laboratory along with the accompanying site developments. Attendees will be exposed to a diverse range of research projects, learn about the capabilities of the lab including the recent advances in hybrid simulation, and interact with colleagues for potential future collaborations.
Researchers, including young faculty, and practicing engineers, are encouraged to attend. This will be an excellent opportunity to learn how you can benefit from our state-of-the-art facility for research and professional projects!
